I made about 50% of my icons from some sort of official art, that mew was from one of the very old Japanese Pokemon TCG instruction manuals. I clone stamped the text off of the side and cropped him. I made a few gifs, I use a few icons other people have made (with credit) and I also have a lot of Tsushi icons (my avatar/fursona/thing) as gifts or as exchanges in 100x100xchange
